Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get the That Church Conference package deal?

Simply click the “register” button above, and you’ll be able to select the bundle ticket package. We’ll forward your info to the folks at That Church Conference and you’ll eventually receive your registration info for that conference from them.

I signed up for the live stream. How will I get the live stream link?

We will email you using the address you registered with a link to live stream a few days prior to the event.

Why is the live stream price the same as the in-person price?

This event is designed to be enjoyed in-person. You’ll get to enjoy the breakout sessions of your choice, interact with other attendees, and get to experience all of the fun of attending the event live. We truly believe the live event is the best way to experience and, as such, the pricing is designed to encourage those who can to attend live.

The live stream is our attempt to let those who can’t make it live to still be able to have access to most of the live sessions.

Is food included in the cost of the event?

We will have some morning and afternoon snacks. We will take a lunch break and there are a variety of restaurants around Eastside Baptist Church for you to get lunch.

Are there conference hotels?

Eastside Baptist Church is right off of Interstate 75 which means access to many hotels. At this time, we have not negotiated any special pricing, but as registrations come in and we have a better number to negotiate with, we’ll approach some nearby about a discount. If you’re coming from the That Church Conference, you can stay in Buckhead then drive up Thursday morning or—with Atlanta traffic—you might choose to switch to a closer hotel on Wednesday night.

What is the conference schedule?

We’re still organizing the exact speaker times, but plan on arriving for registration around 9am and we should wrap up no later than 4:30pm. We will post the exact schedule to this website as soon as we have it locked in. Check back often.

What if I have other questions?

Email us at info@firstimpressionsconference.com and we’ll do our best to get back to you in a day or two.

Are there any group discounts?

If you have a group of 5 people or more, email us at info@firstimpressionsconference.com and we’ll discuss the options.

What is your refund policy on ticket sales?

In order for us to properly plan we cannot offer refunds for ticket purchases. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else or resell it.

What should I wear?

Whatever you’ll be the most comfortable in! Most people wear a t-shirt and jeans, while others dress it up. Be sure to check the weather before you come – it will probably be hot. Shorts and flip-flops are more than acceptable and might be your best option.
