What is the address of the conference?
Please note that the First Impressions Conference is held at First Baptist Church in Rock Hill, SC (this is a suburb of Charlotte) Here are the details for the host church:
I signed up for the live stream. How will I get the live stream link?
We will email you using the address you registered with a link to live stream a few days prior to the event.
What time should I arrive for the live event?
If you’re planning on coming to the conference in Charlotte, registration opens at 8am ET. We suggest you get there as early as you can due to traffic and so you don’t miss the opening of the conference.
What if I miss some or all of the live stream? Will the recordings be available later to watch with my team?
There is a VIP Replay Pass available for purchase if you miss some or all of the live event.
Is food included in the cost of the event?
We will have some snacks provided. Lunch is not included in your registration, but we will take a lunch break and there are food options close to First Baptist Church. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are on your own.
Are there conference hotels?
The conference takes place off of Dave Lyle Blvd in Rock Hill, SC. There are a number of quality hotels on this exit. There are no group rates on hotels yet, but we’re working on it.
What is the conference schedule?
You can find the conference schedule of the sessions held in the main auditorium here. The main auditorium is what will be live-streamed.
What should I wear?
Whatever you’ll be the most comfortable in! Most people will wear a t-shirt and jeans. Be sure to check the weather before you come – it will probably be hot. Shorts and flip-flops are more than acceptable and might be your best option.
Are there any group discounts?
If you have a large group of people coming to the live event, email us at info@firstimpressionsconference.com and we’ll discuss the options.
What is your refund policy on ticket sales?
In order for us to properly plan we cannot offer refunds for ticket purchases. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else or resell it.
